Working with Salesforce High Assurance Session

By default, if you enable the High Assurance session on a user profile, users will stop being able to run Salesforce reports from G-Connector.

To fix this problem, you’ll need to change some settings in the G-Connector connected app. Please follow the instructions below to do it:

  1. Go to Setup -> Connected App oAuth Settings and find Xappex G-Connector for Salesforce.
  2. Click on Install next to it:
  3. Once installed, Manage App Policies link will appear next to it. Click on it:
  4. Click on Edit Policies
  5. Enable High Assurance Session for the app as shown below:
