Effective date of legal updates: November 13, 2026

Xappex is updating its list of sub-processors to include Anthropic, PBC (United States). This change supports the introduction of an AI-powered SOQL generation feature in all Xappex products.

In connection with this change, Xappex is also updating its Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement, and Privacy Policy. These updated documents will apply as of November 13, 2026.

This notice explains how the feature works, what information may be processed, and the options available to customers.

What is changing?

Starting November 13, 2026, Xappex will include Anthropic as a sub-processor to support AI-powered SOQL generation in all Xappex products.

The new feature will allow users to describe the Salesforce data they want to retrieve in plain language and receive a suggested SOQL query. Users can review the generated query before deciding whether to run it.

What data is shared with Anthropic?

Information is sent to Anthropic only when a user actively uses the AI SOQL generation feature.

Depending on the interaction, the information sent may include:

  • The user’s messages in the AI query-generation interface.

  • The query currently entered in the query builder.

  • The names, data types, and picklist values of the Salesforce objects and fields involved.

  • The number of rows returned when a query is run to validate a generated query.

Salesforce record data is not sent to Anthropic.

Users should review every generated query before running it.

How is the data protected?

Anthropic processes the relevant information on behalf of Xappex under a data processing agreement that includes Standard Contractual Clauses.

The following safeguards apply:

  1. 1

No model training: Neither Xappex nor Anthropic uses this data to train AI models.

  2. 2

Data retention: Anthropic generally deletes the data within 30 days.

  3. 3

Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can we disable the feature?

AI SOQL generation will be enabled by default for all Xappex licenses starting November 13, 2026.

If your organization prefers not to use the feature, your license administrator can disable it at any time from the customer portal at portal.xappex.com or he can request to disable it at any time, including before launch, by emailing support@xappex.com.

When the feature is disabled for your license, no data from Xappex products is sent to Anthropic through this feature.

If you have questions about this change or would like to disable AI SOQL generation for your license, contact us at support@xappex.com.
