As a safety precaution, XL-Connector will not by default load any null values (empty Excel cells) when updating records in Salesforce. This is to prevent the users from unintentionally wiping out field values.
To explicitly allow XL-Connector to load empty cell values to Salesforce, the following checkbox must be unchecked in the Mappings dialog box for each data load:
