Prerequisite: you need to have the Excel Merge managed package installed in your Salesforce org.
The only configuration required to be able to Run Flows in your Connected Spreadsheet Directly from Salesforce is to place the Xappex External File Processor Lightning component on the corresponding page layout.
To do that, in Lightning Page editor, locate Xappex External File Processor component and drag it to your page layout:
Click on Activation button in the page editor and double-check that the page is visible to the users who are intended to use this functionality.
Then save the Lightning page.
