My reports stopped working after enabling MFA
The most common cause for this is enabling of the High Assurance session level on the user’s profile.
To make sure reports work when High Assurance session is enabled on the user’s profile, you’ll need to make sure G-Connector login is assigned a High Assurance session as well.
Here’s how to do that:
- Click on Setup -> Security Controls -> Session Settings.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom to the to the Session Security Levels section.
- Make sure that at least the following forms of login are in the High Assurance column:
If you are using a different form of login, make sure it’s in the righthand corner as well. Essentially, you need to assign whatever form of login you are using the High Assurance session level in order to be able to pull reports having High Assurance setting on on your profile.
