We are using a Chromium-based browser window to log you in using Web and SSO login option.
Sometimes, it will not create a browser and give you a ‘Failed to Create Browser’ error. If you encounter this and are unable to use the Security Token Login option, please, follow the next steps to fix it:

Exit Excel and all desktop apps.

Reboot Windows.

Locate the following directory (before loading Excel): C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\dotnetbrowser-chromium

Delete the directory above.

Start Excel.
