Changing the Plan on your Subscription

Using Xappex Customer Portal, it is always possible to upgrade/downgrade the subscription you are using or even switch between different products.

To change your current plan:

1. Log in to portal.xappex.com
2. Click on Subscriptions tab
3. Click on the subscription you would like to modify.
4. In the subscription page, select the plan you would like to switch to:
   
5. The prorated charges/credits will be automatically calculated and displayed for you to review:
   
6. Once reviewed, click on the Apply button at the bottom of the screen to save the changes for the current subscription. Please note, that these changes will not be applied unless you click on the Proceed button in the Subscriptions page, and then Confirm button in the confirmation screen:
   

Once the transaction has been confirmed, your subscription change is in effect and you are able to use the new plan. Please make sure you reload the plug-in that is affected by the plan change for it to pick up the license changes.
